I'm Kayla Ren Immel.

Graphic + Web Designer

 

I attended Flagler College where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Fine Art. My areas of special interest and focus are; Creative Direction, Web Design, and Development, Editorial Design, Branding, & Visual Communication.

I've worked as an Art Director, Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and even dabbled in sublimation printing over the course of my career.  My time in those roles provided me with the opportunity to grow not only as an individual but as a designer, a problem solver, and a leader.

The Big Idea.

​

When I turned thirty, I got it in my head that it was time to create something of my own. 

 

I had witnessed over and over again, the frustrations that so many business owners encountered over the development of their brand. These frustrations were all unique to the client, but not to me - to me they were as common as turning on the news and hearing that somebody new had been offended (yes, I try to always maintain a sense of humor, if that won't work for you, I suggest closing this browser tab now).

These commonalities were almost always as follows;

  • The new business owner that just paid a fortune for a new logo, but all he had to show for it was a .jpg file (and no clue that you won't get very far with that .jpg file).  

  • The  "old school" business owner that lacked a basic understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing, and how relevant they both are for this generation of consumers.

  • The sensible business owner that just rebranded, but no resource to guide them in the right direction after they had invested into the development of their brand.

I wanted to create something that took the frustrations out of brand development, but at the same time, empower my clients and make the process as fun, rewarding and creative for them, as it is for myself.
